The latest version of booking live is super easy to navigate and really simple to get the hang of. There are some bugs that will be fixed in the next update, but on the whole, the system is quite adaptable and lets you create a booking site customized to your specific requirements. Getting the system up and running with Booking Live was pretty easy, especially given the volume of data we had to enter. We got a ton of help at the start. However, I’ve noticed that the support has kind of dropped off since we went live.

We manage after-school sports programs at primary schools across England and have been utilizing Bookinglive for our online reservations since February 2014. There’s a fair bit of intricate setup involved to kick things off, but once you’ve got it all sorted, it’s pretty straightforward to keep running and offers a straightforward and effective way to handle online bookings and payments. The main drawbacks are that the reporting features aren’t very helpful or user-friendly, and the user manual is somewhat basic and doesn’t always match how our system operates. That said, I’ve heard these issues are set to be addressed in version 3. I’d suggest giving Bookinglive a shot, but you’ll definitely want to have a decent level of IT know-how in-house to really take advantage of what it can do.
